Very Unprofessional, did not do what they promised to do when it was promised; never explained anything ( terrible bedside manner); process of getting a second opinion on case has been extremely difficult; very petty and childish--willing to do expensive, unnecesary processes and not willing, or able, to disclose results in a timely fashion ( waited 14 days for a sonogram that had been viewed by a radiologist on the third day)...VERY unprofessional.

These veterinarians are the best. Even though it was Saturday, they returned our call within minutes and met us at the hospital, saving our cat's life. The level of service and dedication is far better than any of the other 3 vets we have tried in the area. Keep up the great work.
