Kathy is very professional, but still warm and caring. She's down-to-earth, and excellent at teaching/explaining things to me. I've taken my dogs to her for many years and have NEVER had a long wait or a bad experience. Wish my own physician was half as good! I rated the facilities as 'average' not because it's not clean or anything like that, but just because this is not a fancy clinic. They obviously focus on the animals, not the decor.
