This is the second time I have been to this facility, and the way they issue you your billing is ridiculous. They give you an estimate with a low price and high price. Why? Exactly why would that be when we are right in the facility that is doing the services?
We own a plumbing and heating company and if we gave estimates this way we would be out of business in about five minutes. They gave me the low figure of 298. And the high price of 346., 15 minutes later the bill was 395! When I question the pricing, they offered to reduce the bill but to take back all of the medications that they had just given me.
It was a rough day, as they told me that my dog had a tumor, I was already upset but then to have them try to pull a fast one on a grieving person is outlandish. I've seen other reviews on the web that mentioned the same problem, this low estimate high estimate shenanigans.

Most expensive vet practice in the area, and not worth the price. Have had several bad experiences, including significant misdiagnoses, unneeded costly tests, and constant haranguing about buying high-priced products and services. I just cringe when I go there because there's been more and more about the practice that causes me to leave irritated. The main hospital is usually swamped, and the staff always seem hurried and not quite on top of everything. When asked if they had a vet on staff who could treat a cockatiel who'd flown into flypaper, the person said she didn't think any of the vets even liked birds. We'd had prescriptions and phone messages "lost" and never a concession on their part. Lots of staff turnover. They used to provide quality service and family-style care, but that's long gone. Go somewhere else!

I took my dog Sam there after he was attacked by a coyote. He needed a blood transfusion and spent three days in the hospital recovering. After three weeks all of his cuts and wounds are healed and he is doing wonderfully. The doctors and techs did a wonderful job and let me visit him during his recovery. After spending time in the back of the clinic I felt they handled everything they saw well. I recommend this clinic to anyone and will not take my pets anywhere else.

The Dr. was great!!! The staff was horrrible!!! I had misty as the Vet nurse. She was rude and not caring. Then the Front dest staff was horrible!!!! Tey couldnt get their act together!!! Mary the manager of the front desk was meaner than all get out to her staff. Never go there ever!
