Don't take your pet there! The DR doesn't come in until 9:30 am. It's a hospital and they are NOT open on Sunday, & open until noon on Saturday. They are NOT prompt on calling you back if it's an emergency. My dog was sick and had to stay there several days and yet it took an hour for them to have her ready as I waited, because they needed to give him a bath because they admitted to having left feces on him for a couple of days. He left with kennel cough & now has been sick for several days. The veterinarian has been in for over an hour and he won't even call me back! In addition, the vet diagnosed my pet with late stage liver disease. I called the specialty hospital where my pet was 2 weeks before with radiographs of his abdomen and spoke with the specialist who asked "where did this man get his degree?" he said my dog does NOT have any stage of liver disease.I am so disgusted with poor service. I was warned by 2 others not to take him there but he was already there.
