This facility lied to me about the pricing of my pets visit. I was quoted $60.00 on the phone, when I went to pick her up the bill was over $200.00! They were rude, yelled at me, and made me feel as though I was doing something wrong when they LIED ABOUT THEIR PRICING! They discounted the bill to the price which they told me it would be but REFUSED to fill my pets script! I spent $60 and left with a sick animal and no medicine for her because I "refused" to pay their made up total. No company should ever tell you a price then try to charge you 4x the amount without your consent to any services other than discussed. I am disgusted with this facility, their employees, and the management. DO NOT GO HERE

The two other reviews sound great, unfurtunatly my exprience with Cats and Critters was exactlly the opposite. The docters and staff did not show any compasion for the situation me and my pet were in. They failed to return calls to answer question concerning the pet I had staying there over night, and they refused to return my pet after 24 hrs. Of receiving no medical attention. MOST DEFENITLLY do not bring your hard earned cash here.

Excellent staff and excellent care! Took my guinea pig here and they were very loving towards it and very helpful/informative. I would highly reccommend Cats & Critters!
