My dog had an eye injury. I've been going to Midway since Dr. Macqueen opened the clinic. I was never refused treatment. I called to get an appt @8:30 am Monday morning. I was told they could not see her until Wednesday. I told them I had never been refused, this was an emergency, and was a long time customer. It didn't make any difference. I know Dr. Poutous now owns Midway.. Needless to say, I called another vet and was seen within an hour.

We took our guinea pig here for a visit since he wasn't doing well and he needed a vitamin C shot. 20 mins after the vitamin C shot he died. The total bill was $136.83 and the doctor (Tony Poutous) would only refund us the $73 in medication, not the $63 upfront fee. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service. It was a whole lot better when Dr. MacQueen was there. NEVER GO HERE!

I have been using Dr. Macqueen and her staff for more than 25 years and I trust and value her expertise on my fur babies!She treats my babies as if they were her own. Her care and compassion for her work and her clients are of the highest standards.I am so glad to have her as my vet!

Very kind and caring, Dr. McQueen and her staff offer excellent petcare. I would not go to anyone else, she is far from where I live, but she is worth the trip to me.

I have trusted in Dr.McQueen and associates for over 10 years now. They have always gone above and beyond with the care of my many varied animals. They are very well educated and are compassionate about their jobs.

The only avian veterinarian in Chesapeake, and they're wonderful at what they do! I'm glad i can trust them with the care of my birds, and i don't feel ripped off when i get the bill
