Have been going here for years and have always been extremely happy! Dr. Hall is a fantastic vet who clearly loves animals and treats his customers very well. I have never experienced anything like the post below and am more than a little skeptical of the reviewer's interpretation. I would recommend Pet Vet, and particularly Dr. Hall, to anyone.

My dog has a good vet but she does not operate. PetVet, Inc. told me to come in twice for just one operation; first, an "examination" despite up to date care from our vet. Forced to pay $50 up front because they refused to bill us.
40 minutes drive, 20 minutes wait after paperwork, 10 more minutes - "examination" room (weighing my dog so they could increase the cost quoted).
Finally Bryan Hall arrived for a painful 50 minutes sales pitch on a bunch of superfluous products. At one point he petted Brigitte then moved her jowls to show me a tooth that "cracks easily if you give her bones"!
He did not look in her eyes, touch her nose nor even look at the end on which he would operate.
This ordeal was misrepresentation, the waste of 2+ hours and $50 for nothing but an Infomercial!
This incredibly unprofessional, hyper-commercial experience was outrageous. Hall had the nerve to call me with a cocky attitude when I sent him a refund demand. My vet friend won't recommend PetVet Inc aga

The vets are GREAT! They take great care of my dog and the prices are fantastic. Small office of 2 doctors, both are excellent and compassionate.
