They are awesome. I've gone to a few other vets before finding them and I would never go anywhere else again. They know what they're talking about and take great care of my cats and dogs and always remember who we are.

BAMC has taken such good care of my dogs. Mesha and Remie love going to the vet. Doctors and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend BAMC to anyone who loves their pets. Nicole

I have been going to this clinic for the 5 years I've been living in Pocatello and wouldn't go anywhere else. I actually ended up with a dog we got in California that had heartworm and the vets. were phenomenal in treating this very difficult and touchy disease. My dog made a full recovery and the veterinary office donated to a charity in his name for research on heartworm. My current dogs are never nervous about going to the vet. and get treated royally as do I. You can call them any time of the day or night. If you need something they don't have they will order it for you. They also explain everything thoroughly to you and answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed.

We are very fortunate in our community to have a wonderful veterinarian & staff. Dr. Rowntree and his medical staff at BAMC fought courageously & aggressively to save our beloved English Bulldog, Barkley. Barkley was diagnosed with kidney failure on a Monday and lost his courageous fight four days later despite heroic attempts to save him and ease his pain. BAMC not only did everything to comfort Barkley, they showed great compassion to our family.
Losing our pet has been devastating, but having the wonderful staff at BAMC has eased the burden and pain. There was not a dry eye, not at our house nor at the BAMC. Having compassionate veterinarians & staff members, who genuinely care deeply for the whole family (pet and humans) means a great deal. BAMC exhausted all resources in attempts to save Barkley and didn’t allow for egos to get in the way. The BAMC facility is staffed with exceptional people who are highly qualified and loving. We will be forever grateful.

To make a long story short we have 2- 6 month old pups were having some allergic reactions. The female was having severe reactions and the male was moderate but had a limp in his right front leg that would come and go. That vet office was too busy that day to see them and they MIGHT be able to work them in later that day. We had to get into a vet right away decided to try the vet our daughter was seeing. They worked our pups within an half hour. We worked with this new vet office for over 6 months and they we unable to relieve the allergies or the limp. $1200 and no real results. Our daughter had just had an emergency with her new little pup and the only vet office that could take her pup on short notice was BMCVET. They were able to save the new little pup and with great emotional reassurance to my daughter and her family. With that, we decided to change vet office. It was worth it on our first visit...with both dogs. Noticed that he listened instead of telling us the pups symptoms.
