We've been taking our dogs for 10 years, however, recently the time it takes to be seen has really dragged on. And 3-4 times now I have called to make appointments or ask questions and several of the staff was so rude!! They do get VERY busy, but why someone would snap at you on the phone and talk to you rudely is beyond me. Also it happened last time in person, the 'front/phone/office' staff needs HELP! So, sorry, I'm going elsewhere. RID: 29992
