I used them for about a year. Staff was friendly but it seemed like a new doctor every time. Each one gave me less and less confidence in the abilities of the "Clinic".

Dr. Loudis is a great vet; very caring and knowledgeable. His vet techs that handle the animals are also very good with animals and friendly. His front office staff is more hit and miss. I have had multiple problems with getting copies of medical records, or simply a call- back message given to the vet which I only did when I tried to get my cat a sonogram appt and prescription as recommended earlier by the vet. The problem appears to stem from lack of attention from the receptionist(s) since they forget to do what they said they would do. Depending upon the front office person (LK), she ignores the client and does not ensure that the vet staff knows the client is waiting, nor does she care if the client has been helped. This repeated unprofessionalism of the front office staff makes it difficult to want to do business with the vet. Cost for a regular cat teeth cleaning is over $400, which does not include blood work, and is quite high compared to other vets in our area.

I hace taken my animals to this doctor for overr 10 years. He is the most loving, sincere, honest vet I have ever used. HIGHLY recomemnded!!!

I have a toucan which had an emergency. He took great care of him, and followed up the following day to check on him. After being unable to help with a certain (rare) procedure, he did some research, and conacted fellow vets, and months later contacted me to say that he figured stuff out, and that he was prepared to treat the problem. I would definitely trust him with any of my pets. But for birds, he and his partner at the clinic, Dr. Young, are great. Dr. Young used to work at the wild animal park I believe, so he is great with exotics, rare procedures, and tropical birds.
