I agree with the comment on 2/11 as Klemm isn't an accommodating vet o his clients. I was told he counldn't meet my demands & to look else where. Also, very high priced for his services! It is hard to find an accommodating vet with reasonable fees for what is rendered to your furry friend. Also, as was stated on 2/11, you want to be with your animal when they are treated. Shouldn't have a problem with that!

I chose Dr. Klemm because I read reviews that I saw as terrific! HOWEVER, the day before the scheduled surgery of my doggie, I phoned in and asked to speak with the doctor because I had a simple question: the question simply was if it were permissible or possible for the owner to remain with the dog just before he goes to sleep after receiving anesthesia. That's it! Well, initially I did not get to ask that question to the doctor, but the girl who answered the phone (her name was Jennifer) said she did not believe so, & I asked her if I may ask the doctor himself that question. RELUCTANTLY she took my name & ph. # down for the doctor to call me back, and a little while later I received a phone call from Dr.Klemm. I was SHOCKED when he told me he refused to perform the scheduled surgery on my doggie because he claimed I was rude to Jennifer on the phone. God knows, I was in NO WAY rude! There has been ABSOLUTELY NO LOVE OR CARE SHOWN IN THE HEART OF DR.KLEMM FOR HIS CRUELTY SHOWN TO US!

Dr Klemm is the absolute best, knowledgeable and patient, especially with us first time dog owners.

Dr. Klemm and his staff are just wonderful. He is very experienced with large/giant dogs and we have been very happy going there. My dog gets excited any time we enter the parking lot and can't wait to go inside to see them. Excellent care!!
