Aurora Animal Hospital fraudently charged my credit card for their new Card Care program-Wait times are way too long-Doctor failed to explain what tests he was given forgot to offer flu shot vacine during an epidemic-Doctors oversell diagnostic services that are not necessary-when i complained and fired them-they did not try to resolve any problem just said-they will no longer provide services anymore to any of our animals and refuse to speak in person vca is a billion dollar corporation WOOF with high profit ratings-It is all about money

I can not say enough good things about the opthamologist Dr. Garcia at VCA Aurora. He and his nurse were wonderful to my kitten who was suffering from corneal ulcers due to Feline Herpes. Dr. Garcia was thorough and caring and always took the time to explain what was happening. His nurse was always very quick to call back to answer any questions I had in between appointments.
