Our dog passed away from cancer recently. We found Doorbell Vet, so we made a call. Doorbell Vet's CSR told us that she would give us a call back within 2 hours to let us know if there was an opening or not.
We never received a callback, ever. Not after 2 hours, not after 2 days. We left our name, phone number, and address. We were very clear that our situation was very serious.
Because we waited, our dog missed an appointment at our main vet. She was suffering for six hours more before we were able to put her to rest.
While we cannot attest to the quality of care that Doorbell Vet provide, we can absolutely say that their customer service is thoughtless and insensitive. If they did not have any spots open that day, we would have understood. We did call in with very short notice. But given our dire situation, they could have at least called us back or left a voicemail. This is absolutely unprofessional, and for this reason, we absolutely do NOT recommend Doorbell Vet.

Dr. Silberg is absolutely the best. He cares for the animals and gives them quality care and allows them their dignity. He is a true healer
