They are really cheap, but it comes at a cost. The office staff clearly hate their job and do not even pretend to care about you or your pet. The Doctors are always running behind and are not very good at communicating with their clients. Still you may write that all off because it is so affordable. While needs are basic that may be ok, but when you really need something for your pet you will not be taken care of. They can never get a pet in for emergencies. When they do finally see you, the care your pet receives is questionable at best. I nearly lost my dog because I gave this office the benefit of the doubt. Now I have paid three times as much at a different office just trying to correct their mistakes. Not worth the money I saved at all.
