Very disappointing. On your first appointment, they load you up with goodies, and you think "that's nice". Then you realize they charged you for all of it. Didn't have monitored overnight care. Expect to pay most of bill before treatment is complete. Does not believe in treating a molehill. Waits until it is a costly mountain.

The staff & both doctors are excellent, friendly, knowledgable truley compationate. They all take the time to get to know you as a client but most of all take the time to know and understand you pet.

They are a little pricy, but have been wonderful with all our animals (3cats,1 dog). Our dog has had a bad case of Ringworm, and they did research, and helped figure out a treatment plan (which we're still doing). I highly recommend them.
