The staff is very polite and very willing to answer any questions. You may sometimes have to probe for more detail though. I took my dog for surgery there and he was treated well. They gave me a sheet with basic care information. Also, they are reasonably priced.

Dr. John's clinic is very good for what it is intended to be, a low cost vaccination clinic. You get around paying a $40 or better office charge and you have friendly people caring for you pet right in front of you. No taking them back to another room out of your site. However if your pet needs specialty care I would not suggest them. John is very nice, but his skills end at spay/neuters and declawing. Past that I would find a higher end vet to do the work. They are ment only as a general use clinc and from what I could tell are not used to dealing with anything out of the norm.
