Brett Ziegler is the owner of Fairview Heights Animal Clinic/O'Fallon Animal Hospital. This place is nice and clean (hence the one star rating instead of zero), but only because there are never any customers there! They try to "push" unnecessary procedures on your pets and see them only as $$$$$. High turnover rate for both office staff and doctors. They had yet another new doctor join the service a few weeks ago (Dr. Goss) and recently fired the record keeper at the O'Fallon location (there's always ads to hire multiple new office staff). When hiring vet techs, Dr. Ziegler doesn't even require a license (as listed in the link posted below)! It actually says "License is preferred but not required"... The Office Manager is also the janitor, if that tells you anything. Avoid at all cost. They aren't registered with BBB, and probably don't know what those letters mean. As a consumer, you can add businesses to the BB, which I did. :)
