Absolute BEST.....I know we are in the best medical hands when we visit. Dr. McCarthy is Gracie's vet, however, I have seen several doctors at this practice, each provided excellent care....The staff is kind, professional and caring. I highly recommend JVAH, your pet will be well taken care of.

Friendly staff! The Vet was absolutely wonderful!! Her assistant, Danny was great! I cant remember the Vet's name, but she was wonderful. My furry baby was in such good hands. I am so happy that my friend recommended this place! I will surely recommend Juniper Village Animal Hospital in Middle Village to anyone that needs a caring Vet!!

I highly recommend this facility. Dr. Goetz is one of the most sweetest, caring, and understanding vets I've ever met. He had a lot of patience with all my questions and also gave my puppy a very thorough exam. The facility is kept very clean and the staff is very accommodating. I would never go any place else again.

The best vet in Queens, as far as I'm concerned. My pets have been going there since Dr. McCarthy opened in 1998 and I will never go anywhere else.

I'm a new mom, so a little apprehensive when it comes to my dog's health. I have seen all 3 vets in the practice and they are all WONDERFUL. Gracie usually sees Dr. McCarthy, and I am so grateful for the kind, caring, expert medical attention she receives. He is terrific with her (and me!!), calms my apprehension, always cures whatever is ailing her, and I leave the office knowing she received expert care. Highly recommend Dr. McCarthy, he's the best and I know we couldn't be in better hands!!

Dr. McCarthy and staff are both competent and compassionate in the care of their patients. He spends as much time as needed to answer questions explain diagnosis and treatment options. I highly recommend him to the community of Middle Village pet caregivers.

Dr. Gusto is an amazing vet. My cat was very sick and it turned out he had fatty liver disease. The doctor was so kind and gave us all our options. She never gave up on our baby. The bill was high, but we tell everyone to go to Juniper Valley.

Dr. McCarthy is truly the best vet! He really cares about the health of your pet and not about making you spend money unnecessarily. I am so glad that I found him. He just spent 10 minutes on the phone with me to talk about my dog's allergies and possible food intolerance. Awesome!! I can't say enough good things about him and his staff.

I've used Juniper Valley for about 7 years. They managed my dog with cushings disease, diabetes, and a thyroid problem for well over 5 years. It was through their diligent care that he lived a long happy life. They never hesitated to recommend diagnostics and on several occasions brought in a board certified internist for second opinions. They are not cheap, but for the level of care they provided us, I consider it a bargain. Regardless of what any previous poster has said, this place is great and I can only praise and bless them.

JVAH is great. Our primary vet is Dr. Giusto who is wonderful with my dog. My dog actually gets excited to go there- go figure. She had two surgeries that went very well. One was her spaying and the other was to repair a deep puncture resulting from diving into a lake onto a metal spike. We have total confidence and will recommend JVAH to anyone.

Dr Mccarthy and Giusto are very nice and well educated in what they do. However, I am unsure about Dr. Kelly. She misdiagnosed my pet by saying he was small for his age. Three days later when I brought him back he had jaundice and was severly sick and not eating or passing stools. He acutally had a liver problem which went untreated and he died a week later. They assumed he had FIP which is fatal and left him pretty much for dead. They did not give him sonograms or any of the proper testing that they were supposed to do. He tested negative for FIP. It is very sad to have lost a pet that could have been helped and could still be with us today. I am not sure I should use these vets anymore. They cost a lot of money and did not save him. They are very nice and have a beautiful facility but when things got serious and it wasn't just a routine check up they seemed a bit lost. I would recommend them for check up and what not but if something serious comes up make sure you get a second opinio

JVAH is a wonderful place to take your pet. I have taken my dog there since we got him (6 yrs ago). Dr McCarthy and Dr Kelly are very caring towards animals and I feel lucky to have access to such good vets. We have also boarded him there and felt safe and secure about his care.

Absolutely the best veterinarians under one roof. Dr. McCarthy was my vet for years but with such a busy practice, probably due to everyone recommending him, I havent been able to get in to see him in a while. I've seen Dr. Kelly and recently Dr. Justo and they are both wonderful, I can see why they were brought on board. They are all compassionate and really love the animals. Its nice to know my pets are in such great hands.
