In just the last year I’ve waited over 45 minutes for one scheduled appointment, and over 20 minutes for another. Then yesterday, when I dropped off a fecal sample, someone told me I’d get the results today. But when I called today to ask if my results were in someone else told me “on no, labs aren’t picked up on Sunday’s so you won’t get results until tomorrow. Meanwhile my cats are both suffering through an extra day of one having visible worms thanks to PAH’s misinformation. They never even called me back on Tuesday like they said they would. They have my cat’s test results, I know this because when I called to ask if they were in they said yes and that someone would contact me today OR TOMORROW. Tomorrow is Wednesday. Wednesday will be day four of this saga since I dropped off the sample on Sunday. PAH is now letting my cats needlessly suffer through yet another night without the meds they should already have to get the nutrients they need from their food.

they are respectful, fair, about the care of an animal and not about how much money they could make. the dr's are awesome and reasonably priced.
