We are first time pet owners, and I found this place to be very helpful and informative. Our Vet took the time to answer all my question. She seemed to be very kind and caring, not in a hurry nor annoyed with the amount of silly questions. The best part is when I called back with more question, she didn't rush me nor made me feel like I was wasting her time. The only bad thing I'd have to say is that the room we were in wasn't cleaned nor swept prior to calling us in. Being a first time pet owner, I have nothing to compare it to, but I am happy they were our first choice.

Seems like this place is always trying to get more money out of you. I don't trust them at all. Plus the staff isn't very friendly. The only positive thing I could say is the facility itself is nice looking. Also, I picked up my dog from boarding and she smelled like pee.
