Worst place. We have gone for years and have had no problems that is until today. I watched my seven month old morkie whois ten pounds get slammed to the table by a grown man, gasp for air, and almost faint from being choked. He was also slammed to the table multiple times because he was misbehaving. I had my dog taken out of the room and i immediatley left and when we spoke on the phone. Dr. Dave stated everyone has bad days and that he was sorry. F*** this place F*** dr. Dave. I hope no one has to witness what i witnessed, it was the most horrific thing ive ever been threw. My dog had the S*** literally, squeezed out of him, he pissed himself. Training my dog? Training him to what be terrified of any grown many who approaches him. My dog was treated this way while i was in the room for just squirming, all of this happened in less than five minutes. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR ANIMAL, at least no Dr. Dave!!!

I had taken my dog there to get stitches for an injury she had.My regular vet was out of town so I had no choice but to take her here. What a huge mistake. The stitching was done so poorly and the meds the vet gave me were not for a dog her size, all for $600.3 days later I took her to my vet and she had to have another surgery. Her skin was dying around the wound, and she was in pain.Needless to say that I would NEVER go back here again. When I called the vet who did the surgery at Colonial,,I just got a big runaround and no clear answer. She just said that if I ever needed them, just give a call.I think they are terrible, don't have a clue as to what they are doing, and surely will never see me again, and anyone else I can spread the word to.

I had my dog for boarding for 2 days, my dog had an ear infection and needed some shots..the bill came to almost $400.00 they charged me for a stool sample which they never took, becaues as soon as I picked him up, he went and had blood in his ****..that is when the girl came out and picked it up and said i charged you for it, and didnt get the sample..also he has been hoarse since i picked him up 2 days ago, and still is bleeding a little. I have recieved no phone call yet...not good in my mind.

I was very disappointed in the way this facility handled my visit with my dog who needed sutures. After I had tried to show the vet where the stiches should be done under my dogs chin he whisked off the dog and said I can fix it. I was never informed what he was going to do or how much it would cost. Next I was told my charges would be $344.00. It only cost $200 to spay your dog so I was upset about the fees. The staff would have nothing to do with me and just said I will tell the doctor. When the doctor had come out with my dog and I had stated I was upset he told me he would remove the sutures from my dog and take the charges off of my bill. I told him the only place I wanted the dog stitched was on her chin and he told me he doesn't take orders from cilvilians. (At which point I walked out)Very rude and I would never bring my dog back to a place that would start a conversation with wanting to do more harm to my animal. I should have been informed of the cost prior.
