The office is extremely dirty, Animal hair all over the waiting room chairs & floors. Dirt & animal hair all over examining room. They didn't clean the table before putting our pet on it or scale. Vet pushed expensive unnecessary testing & meds, in room less than 5 minutes, he barely touched our pet, he had his office girls do the rest. The testing we did do took almost two weeks, anytime we called we were told the vet was in surgery. Test results showed that our pet didn't even have what the vet medicated & charged for,now needed new meds + the cost of another visit. When problem from new meds came up, vet wouldn't talk with us and girl would only relay our concerns/questions and had a rude attitude about it. Vet wanted to re-do original test at my cost + the cost of another visit + more meds. When we said we wouldn't come back in a 3rd time for the original problem the girl said "good" and hung up on us. Went to another vet,problem fixed in 1 visit! Only nice thing was Crystal.

The vet was late for my dog's appointment (apparently the first of the morning appointments). The only reason I even give the staff a "3" is because the young lady at the front was so nice and polite- the short haired tech however, seemed a bit dumb and like she was trying to cover for the vet for being late. My bill for shots was a bit high in my opinion, and the vet pushed products I didn't want. All in all- I probably wouldn't go back. Do you know that he wouldn't even barely TOUCH my dog? What kind of vet is like that? So much for going into the field you're passionate about...
