Click to report rating    1/23/18   1     1     1     1   Vet was open but refused to see me dog during a recent health emergency. I would up taking my dog Reuben to Windcrest Animal Hospital who admitted him for emergency surgery. I'd strongly caution against choosing a vet with so little regard for animals. RID: 65431
Click to report rating    3/23/15   1     1     1     1   Worst vet I've ever been too! YOU have to call them to get any results and your pet is just another animal to them. Will never go back there RID: 56375
Click to report rating    1/17/13   1     1     1     1   Found them thru Friends of Animals where I purchased a neutering cert. The staff isnt knowledgeable to schedule appts esp. for surgeries. I was NEVER informed my dog needed a specific shot to stay the night after surgery. Julie Dalessandro informed me the staff are not trained w/ this info. Why are they scheduling appts for surgeries & telling custs their pets only need updated vaccines. To neuter a pet its standard to stay the night. If its standard procedure why wasn’t I informed? The staff doesn’t know standard procedure? I asked for my cert back & expressed my anger at the inconvenience. Julie stated that I didn’t pay for anything anyway. Julie herself is not knowledgeable of the program her office participates in that it allows people to purchase the cert for neutering/spaying at reduced rate(I pd $64)not for free. I would NEVER allow my pet to be treated by an office that has staff w/ no knowledge of what is needed for my pets & no knowledge of the programs they participate in. RID: 39690
Click to report rating    4/2/10   5     5     5     5   The vet and the staff were wonderful to a little cat I brought in that was very sick, it did not have proper care in the home it was living in and I found it too late. I called several vets who wanted way to much money for an emergency visit. I do not have much money so I was literally begging someone to see this cat. Del Val Vets said to bring her right in. They only charged me a regular visit price. They could not save her but they very kind to her when they were doing the tests and they were kind to me. They ended her suffering with compassion and dignity. I will switching to this vet for my pets. RID: 17346
Click to report rating    2/22/09   5     5     5     5   I love my vet!!! They know all of my animals by name and actually care. They are always willing to answer questions on the phone and truly want to keep your animals healthy. RID: 11754
Click to report rating    1/25/07   5     5     5     5   Truly a superior veterinary consortium. Dr. Milden and Dr. Julie Scholten are excellent doctors. The medical staff is knowledge, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend that if you need fast treatment at a very reasonable cost, see these doctors. They are the best in New Jersey. RID: 2193
