I got charged three times for 1 visit (@$39.99). I've called at least 5 or 6 times now to get the charges refunded. They said I'd get a call back last week and never did so I called again and they said I'd get a call back on Monday and never did. Now I am calling Leslie (who is supposed to deal with this) and she seems to be dodging calls about this. Shady business. I do not recommend.
By the way, the vet visit was a joke. The vet wouldn't touch my cat because she was "too aggressive" and need to be "sedated." I asked if I would still be charged then, and I was indeed....3 times!
