I took my puppy here for a 1st visit and asked specifically about ringworm because family had it. I was told it was very rare in dogs. the next week I called the vet to again express my concern we may have contracted ringworm from our new puppy. I was again told it was very rare but I should bring him in to look at his ears because they can have a lot of hair in the canals, becauae he'd been scratching alot. A few days later I noticed lesions on my puppy and when we took him in, yes he had ringworm but the vet couldn't get the medicine we needed to treat him for 3 days. We took our puppy for a 2nd opinion and he had a double ear infection and this 2nd vet had all the meds in office. I am extremely upset at the negligence in this office. 2 visits and they never saw the ear infection, disregarded the ringworm, and now our puppy has to be quaranteened. If this were caught sooner maybe he and our family wouldn't have had to suffer as long.
