Love this place! Been taking my pets here for YEARS! Excellent staff, caring doctors and nurses..very professional and knowledgeable. Great with exotic pets too!

The rescue I work at used to use this "vet chain" for low cost spay/neuters. It was nothing but a scam on Maple Hill's part. They would promise clients low cost procedures with a certificate, then would tack on all sorts of high priced fees. Clients were ending up paying well over $200 for a "low cost" spay or neuter! We dropped them and found a much better vet, who actually understands what "low cost" means.

STAFF RUDE,NASTY I DON'T RECOMMENDED THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING MY PET HAD THE BORDATELLA SHOT FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS WAS 10AM OK BY 4PM HE'S FACE WAS SWOLLEN AND HAD LITTLE SIZE BUMPS OK HE WAS HAVING AN ALLERGIC TO THIS SHOT WELL I CALLED RIGHT AWAY AND THEY SAID NOT TO WORRY THAT THEY WILL HAVE THE DR CALL ME WELL 34 MINUTES PASS AND MY PET SEEM GETTING WORST I CALLED AGAIN DEMMANDED TO TALK TO THE VET HE WASN'T AWARE OF THIS CHART WAS JUST SITTING ON THE BACK NO ONE SAID ANYTHING HE APOLOGIZED BUT TOLD ME IF IT WOULD OF WAITED MORE WE WOULD OF LOST HIM HA, LOVELY WHAT ABOUT THE GIRL THAT ALMOST CAUSED THIS,TALK ABOUT PSYCHO PLACE .BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE.

most allentown natives who are avid animal lovers do not choose one of the maple hills facilities to entrust their pets' health to.try wright for the best, LVAH is even okay as are some of the smaller hospitals.
