I would never return!We took our dog because she hadn't eaten in a week.After $$$ testing the results were inconclusive.We were told she needed her teeth cleaned but were surprised as she had just had a cleaning 6 months ago.When we got her back she had 10 teeth extracted-mostly due to crowding.After 2 1/2 weeks of not eating, her health severely declining, and multiple visits here we decided to get a second opinion.We rushed her to an animal ER where they took an ultrasound and rushed her into surgery to find 4 foreign objects in her stomach and intestines.The 2nd vet was horrified when he saw the unnecessary extractions and said there was no justifiable evidence that she needed a teeth cleaning to begin with.There was so much damage to her body from the objects being in there for so long that they had to remove 1 foot of her intestines and a portion of her stomach. This could have been caught at the 1st visit but was prolonged and our dog had to suffer in the meantime-not to mention

Although previous ownership gave this clinic a dubious reputation, the change of command has done well for them. The facilities are clean and well lit and the general staff is courteous and professional. Well pet care is not only complete but convienent and they do not bombard you with unecessary add-ons to try and get you to spend more or to come back unecessarily. My dog was injured and they were able to clear an appointment for him within 3 hrs of calling. I've not had to use them for any serious concerns but have observed them dealing with other customers that needed advanced attention. They are genuinely caring and concerned for the pets, treating them with dignity and respect.
