More worried about money than care of pet. Pretty condescending when asked a question, since you shouldn't question them. Waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment.

i found them not to have a great bedside manner and expensive. Gave an opinion of dogs temperment without hardly knowing him and wanted to put him on medication for anxiety.
