If you want to risk your pet's health to save a few dollars then go had heard of the place from a friend who had a great experience so I went to them to get my three year old dog neutered which is what they had done to their dog. I picked up my dog at closingand he had some swelling from the operation and because he is an oldr dog with more blood vessels done there so they said bring him back in four days to make sure he was recovering ok by day two the swelling was so bad that I had to take him to an emergency vet because blood was actually seeping through his pores he had to undergo a scrotal ablation what disappointed me the most was I never received a call from crossroads on the scheduled check up day to make sure he was ok since they said he might have some complications due to his age and size nor did they call me when the sutures were to be removed which leads me to believe that they really never cared about my dog after I paid them but I was called twice to confirm I was coming
