The absolute worse place to take your pets. The desk help is indeed VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE AND UNCARING. It can be likened to a trip to the DMV to renew your license where every worker in there is MAD cause the had to come to work--and some of the girls appeared like they couldn't stand the dogs. However, the VET that looked after my brothers dog was VERY COLD AND UNFEELING!! He would NOT allow us to see the dog before we had to leave our pet there to stabilize him. The vet said he didn't want to upset the dog by allowing my brother to go in to see him, even though the dog was not coherent at the time. We go home and within the hour, they called to tell us our dog had passed away. When they FINALLY let us in to see our pet, the vet wouldn't allow us any alone time. He stayed in the room, with his hand on the door knob waiting for us to "GET OVER IT" so he could proceed on---VERY RUSHED AND ONLY IN THE WIDE OPEN ROOM FOR 15 MINUTES--MAX. Poor excuse for animal care--BEWARE!!!

Been a client at this vet for decades and took my sick cat in, the receptionist didn't feel it was an emergency and he died in the waiting room. Vet didn't talk to me other than to say they couldn't save him. Worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend if they were the only vet in town. Go somewhere else that actually cares.

after we were told that a blood test would be overnighted to the lab and we'd get the results in 3 days, we learned it was 7-10 days. then we were told, after calling back on days 7 and 9, that the test should be back and someone would call the lab to check on it on day 10. on day 10 i called and found out that the office had not called the lab and that it was not overnighted. on day 12 i was told that the lab had just received the sample on day 10. mail problems or late shipping it? i called again to speak to the head vet. when he was fianally available he told me he couldn't refund me my money because that was a test his office had to pay for. after telling him that i was going make sure people heard about my experience, maybe even standing outside the office with a sign telling ppl. not to go in. he then told me he was making a copy of her chart so i could go elswhere and in the middle of thanking him he oh so professionally hung up on me.
