My young healthy dog died from surgical complications after a surgery at Coble Animal Clinic. I attempted to discuss my concerns with the owner who did not offer condolences until it was pointed out that he hadn't done so. When challenged with basic medical facts, he told me he would "hang up on me if I did not shut up". This bizarre behavior would have been distressing to any pet owner. As a physician, I found it appalling.

This is THE best vet clinic in Springfield. The staff is courteous and helpful, the office facilities are spotless, the vet techs are some of the best I've ever seen and the vets are really outstanding. Especially Dr Joan Saner-Reeder. We have used her services for 20 years and I can't say enough good things about her. All the vets are outstanding at the clinic. I highly recommend Coble Animal Hospital
