The staff is excellent and very compassionate. On my 1st visit, I got a tour of the clinic, it was very clean and organized. It definitely does not smell like a vet clinic. Although you sometimes have to wait, it's because emergencies happen. If it was your dog/cat, you would expect the same care and compassion. Yes I have had to wait but emergencies always happen and are not scheduled. For example; when I was in the lobby a dog that had gotten hit by a car came in, they dropped everything and saved the dog's life. It was worth the wait. As for the monetary value, their prices are very reasonable. Other clinics charge way more and sometimes rip you off. I will never go anywhere else. I would highly recommend Gillett Vet Clinic, they are wonderful. I would suggest asking for a tour of the clinic when you visit, I'm sure you will be just as impressed as I was!
