This place is awful! Their staff is friendly but very poorly trained & the vets push too much responsibility off on them. Our dog suffered needlessly & then they want us to pay for their incompetence by charging us to fix it.

We have been going to KBAC for 5 years. They saved our dogs and bird on separate occasions. Their prices are extremely affordable, and their care is top notch!

I have been going to KBAC for 9 years and would not go anywhere else. The care given by Dr. Toby Shows and Dr. Adele Rico is the best. Never feel rushed and the follow-up is great. I have recommended them to my friends and they have started going to KBAC too and love the care their animals get. I know when I call the clinic for an appointment and ask for Dr. Shows or Dr. Rico that I am getting the best care for my pets.

Dr Shows is a wonderfull vet and I would recomend him to anyone looking for the best.He is kind, caring, sympathetic and takes time to explane treatment, options, and possable complications . He even calls you personaly to follow up on your pets progress.

He is simply the best Vet we have ever found. He takes the time to explain your pet's current health and treatment options in a way that is comprehensive and understandable.
