If only the visit reflected my enthusiasm I had for this place going in. Their shortcomings exceed the character limit provided but suffice it to say, they have an accountability issue, a conflict with truth and really don't seem to care one bit to let an animal that went in at 8AM sit waiting to be tended to until 2PM at which point I drove there and retrieved my dog. I will have this place on the news before I am finished.
