I used to use this vet clinic and was already somewhat turned of with the facility. I think it's old and dirty looking. But after they managed to misdiagnose my dog three times I changed to another vet in mentor on the lake. By the way, I had to pay for office visits and diff medications all three times. And I'm not the only one that had misdiagnosed pets. I would advice anybody with a pet to not use this veterinary clinic.

All the vets are good, but I recommend Dr. Ting since she's my personal vet.
