Dr. Ellen Cook is very patient with each pet. She uses positive reinforcement to gain trust before initiating routine exams and such. She treated our dog, cat, and numerous parrots over the past sereral years. She carefully explains diagnosis, treatment, and options. -- Shirley and Steve, Noblesville, IN

I drive from Indianapolis with my flock when there is a great Avian vet in Indy. Dr Cook is the parrot whisperer and she truly cares about the birds and her customers.
