Once upon a time I would have highly recommended them. They do seem competent as far as treatment. But they have become problematic with prescriptions. At first, they would say they would match online pricing, and you just had to bring in a printout. But now, they evidently want to have clients buy from them, at ridiculous 4x the online price, and in small quantities so you have to make numerous trips. Even though it is state law that they give prescriptions to the client upon request, they refused to give a telephone OK to the online pharmacy of my choice, and did so in a very untimely fashion. They are requiring that we go in to pick up a physical prescription, which I then have to snail mail in to the pharmacy, further delaying my animal's necessary pain meds. I now question their care for animals and clients - but have little doubt about their greed. Imagine a human doc refusing to call in a scrip to Walgreens and making an ill patient drive in to the office?
