This company gets your service through a "free first customer check-up" which basically is a small examination of the animal. Then they tell you to continue to check the animal (in my case, my dog) they need to do labs, which will cost you an arm, leg and possibly appendix. OR you can sign up for their convenient Care Club, which covers what you need AND some services.After you sign up, you will find that half of the services offered you can not use on your dog, which they knew about from initial examination and didn't tell you, because they just want your money.
If your luck is truly terrible, your dog will pass away, which will consist of a 280 dollar fee, not included in their Care Club of 80 dollars a month. Afterward you will continue to receive these bills. I called to cancel, due to my dog being DEAD, because the contact states that dog death is termination of the contract, and was told I would need to pay a "cancelation settlement fee" which was around 400. My dog is no longer
