Karma is awesome. She is very caring and wonderful with my dogs. She will go out of her way to make sure your animal is well taken care of. The desk staff are slow and rude at times. They need to learn a few manners and be a little more helpful on the phone. They aren't very good to answer questions and act as if they are being "put out" when you "bother" them. Wait time, even with an appointment can be as long as an hour and a half at times. the prices are very good though, compared to other places I've been.

This is the only place where I think they do a great job without your cost going so high, I have confidence when I go there that they aren't looking for ways to make more money from you due to the situation

I love Karmen. She is the best vet ever and extremely caring! They truly care about your pet and rates are more than reasonable. I recommend this vet to everyone!
