Getting over priced!! Had to call other vet to do surgery on our dog! Not happy after going there for 13 years and not offering lower cost ! Pressured us to do surgery !!

My parakeet had diarrhea for several weeks. I called the vet and they were able to get me in. I told them that was fine however I did have an appointment with a home appraiser I could not cancel. When I arrived they had me wait for 15 minutes and told me that the very sick pet in front of me takes precedence. That would have been fine if they would have told me right away. Instead of making me late. I did against my better judgement left my parakeet there Until I was finished. I did get a call from the vet indicating what tests she had done. Never asked me permission. My bill ended up being $144.00 . It was recommended to me to give home oats. I did and now he's fine. Don't leave your pets alone and be sure to ask for pricing upfront. How sad that people are taken advantage of.

We have taken our dog here a few times. The staff is great, but their prices have increased greatly over the years. We just changed to a Brookfield vet, and are saving about a quarter of the price for tests, vaccines, and physicals. I was sad to leave, but the prices are just too high. Call ahead to get quotes for basic things before you go here. We are loving our new vet, and I can afford wonderful care for our sweet dog.

I have been going to this veterinarian office for well over ten years. I have brought them my dogs, birds, and small animals. Every time I have left happy with how my pets and I were treated. I would (and have) advise anyone looking for an outstanding place to take your pet for the care they deserve to consider this location. The whole staff is friendly and helps with whatever you need to make your visit as painless as possible for your pet and you.

I have only used this facility (unfortunately) when I have had to euthanaized our beloved dogs over the years. I chose to use them for this service because they have an on-site creamatory. Even tho' I am not a regular customer, I have always been treated with the utmost of respect and compassion at these tramtic times. Reasonable prices, and a wonderful handmade wood box for the cremains. They always sent a sympathy card as well. I highly recommend for this service. If they were not so far away from me I would use them for my regular vet services as well.

Awesome Vet!!!! Just got a new dog in the family and went there for the first time and they were wonderful. 10 minutes there and everyone knew my dogs name!! Pricing was no where close to outrageous.
