VCA is an amazing clinic. My mother recomended I take my animals there because she has been a client for a long time. The staff is extremely professional and loving of their patients. The free first exam coupon is great because it helps with the overall cost, but obviously that just covered the exam fee and I chose to have additional bloodwork and vaccines. The doctors are amazing and even though Dr. Pflum has been there for a long time he keeps up to date in all aspects of veterinary medicine. I would highly reccomend this clinic to anyone with pets!

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 5:00 AT 5:30 MY HUSBAND ASK HOW MUCH LONGER IT WOULD BE THEY SAID PROBABLY A HALF AN HOUR IF HE HADN'T APPROACHED THEM THEY NEVER WOULD HAVE TOLD US THEY WERE AN HOUR BEHIND THEY WERE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONL DO NOT BE ENTICED BY THE COUPONS THEY ARE A JOKE YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TRY HARDER TO PLEASE NEW PATIENTS . AS WE WERE LEAVING SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS WERE SMOKING OUT BACK I GUESS THEY WERE TOO BUSY FOR PATIENTS
