We recently had a terrible experience by Dr. Heckler and some of the staff at this clinic. Heckler referred us for surgery on our Lab for a knee problem however the specialist at Purdue found a genetic defect that was missed and surgery for that problem was of more importance. Hecker took no responsibility for this problem stating that we did not act on his notes in file which were not complete of all of his conversation with us. Hecker's office staff gave us wrong information about scheduling the surgery...told us it was a drop off with surgery scheduled next day... not the case... x-rays have been lost previous cases never to be found...dog had to be sedated a second time to retake... this time much the same.. x-rays not forwarded to Purdue as promised til we followed up while there.. wrong dosage of meds given because a tech changed a script. Just a comedy of errors... pet owner beware.
