The staff is very polite and I do believe that they genuinely care about your pets well being. That said I did have a bad experience where I just am not sure our vet did everything in her power to save our cat. Our cat is 16 years old and was in good health. However, over a period of a month she began to wheeze. We took her to Hollis 4 times and each time she said she believes it is asthma and did no further tests (X-rays and blood work was the only tests she did.) After a month our cat shut down completely and we were forced to put her to sleep. It keeps bothering me that if there was anything else that the vet could have done to help us understand what happened. That said. They are incredibly polite. The facilities are very clean, and they are pretty straight forward and to the point (but seem to limit your options for treatment.) The prices are incredibly reasonable for the treatment received.
