We had to wait over an hour for our appointment and then were rushed out quickly. The doctor didn't even do a full exam on my dog and seemed irritated and pre occupied. I will not be going back and would not recommend this office to anyone!!

This past month we had to have 2 of our cats put down...one from cancer and the other from renal failure. I can't say enough about how kind and compassionate Dr. Rubin was with us and our cats. It's never easy to euthanize a pet, but Dr. Rubin and the staff made it bearable.

I think that that Dr Menco and Dr Rubin and the staff are wonderful.They helped my dog when no one else would. They care more for the animals. We had an emergency and they saw my dog the same day and also helped out with payments. I will be taking my pets back to them because they treat the pet like family. I would like to say Thank you to them for helping me out when no one would. They treated his eye and he is doing just fine. :)

I cannot say enought great things about all of the staff at Bridgeville Animal Hospital. After using Castle Shannon VCA for a number of years and dealing with the inconsiderate office staff, I switched to Bridgeville while they were still in Bethel Park. Mandy, Our Brittany, suffered from skin infections for years and Castle Shannon would always put her on antibiotics. Dr Rubin at Bridgeville took the time to conduct a very thorough history & physical. She recommended some dietary changes and fish oil. Within days Mandy's coat/skin cleared up and we only had 1 flare up in 5 years! Shame on Castle Shannon for not doing this years prior.

Dr. Rubin is wonderful! They are worth driving a little more for the great care and compassion.

They care: about my pets, about me. With 4 pets, I see this team in action often. Dr. Rubins gives each pet her full attention and has recommended diets and supplements that work wonderfully. The Vet techs are helpful and knowledgable. Bravo!

my dog needed emergancy sevice got me in within hours. They are working with payments love and care for the animal and is great all the way around. the treat every animal the same with respect. there cheap and help you do payment plans
