Dr. Sigmon is a wonderful Vet who is very knowledgeable, caring and goes the extra mile in helping our dogs. The office is always immaculate, the staff is very caring and genuinely concerned about helping each client. The practice is very up to date with everything they do.

Dr. Sigmon is THE BEST! She and her staff are caring and compassionate. We thought we lost Dr. Sigmon when she left an Apex practice, and were really glad to find her again when we did. She has seen us through many cat illnesses, diseases, and emergencies (in our minds, anyway) over the last 30 years. I even picked up and transported my mother's cat to Dr. Sigmon - a 2.5 hours drive one away. Short wait times, great customer service, competitive fees. Sigmon's knowledge and attendance to your small animals' needs put her at the top of the class. You cannot go wrong with this vet!

Dr Sigmon is simply the best cat vet I have ever worked with.
Regarding value she does everything possible to keep costs reasonable, combining tests for example.
She even has a great video from one of her patients on how to care for a cat!

I have used Creature Comforts Animal Hospital for nearly 8 years. They have always been first rate with their customer care. The staff and Dr. Sigmon are the most knowledgeable that I have come across. They truly care about animals and never fail to help me when I bring them a stray or a foster animal I've rescued along with my own two dogs. I have recommended them many times over and will continue to do so. As for cost of services, they are comparable to most Vets in my area and at times cheaper. The service and caring is worth every penny.

The staff at Crature Comforts are caring, competent, fast and efficient. Dr. Betsy Sigmon is not the cheapest Vet, however she does work with you if you let her know you are going through rough times. My husband was out of work for a year and Dr. Sigmon gave us complementary meds out of her good samaritan closet and waived her exam fees. My dog, Marty gets email on Birthdays and reminders for appointments. I Love Creature Comforts and will always take my animals to get only the best of care! Carrie from Raleigh
