I have taken my dog to this clinic for several years. It has been my experience that several of the vets at this clinc simply want me to bring my dog in for as many visits as possible, just so they can bill me. For example, I would get a call from them to bring my dog in for a kennel cough vaccination, and then two weeks later, I got a call from them wanting me to bring him in for a checkup, then, 3 weeks later, it was something else. Why couldn't these be combined? It had even gotten so bad that one vet got upset with me over not buying my meds for my dog at their location. He was mad at me because I bought medications from 800 petmeds. They seem to be offended when I question them about any of their practices, and tell me that it's not fair to accuse them of calling me for appointments just to bill me. Seems to me that they forgot who the customer is. Like so many doctors, both animal and human do. I would find another clinic if I were you.
