Stay away. These folks like to torment the customers who have paid them for services. After your pet dies, you can be sure they will continue to send you reminders for shots. Doesn't matter how many times you remind them your pet is dead, and it doesn't matter who you tell (the vets, or the staff, or both), they will just continue to torment you and cause you pain every few months with the reminders.
