Do not take your pets to this place, if you love them or animals in general. The staff is bad because it gives the wrong prescriptions to animals and takes no responsibility. Also, they have no problem hanging up on customers who question their medical policies and refund processes. The Facilities are gorgeous....Though what does this account for when they are not responsible for their store rooms are full of prescription products.....that they have no knowledge of.....Punctualtiy is unacceptable. I will never be compensated for my pets health or my time and money. In my case, they will forever be late. How about monetary value? I suggest that you keep your receipts or have your phone conversations done via text. With this, you won't be called a liar. I was called a liar,when I informed them that I had to take my pet to another doctor. I am sure that they give good service to many others. I just happen to be brave enough to represent the ones who are mistreated. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
