Erratic quality. some good, some awful. A certain vet failed to communicate to me another medicine to try if ailment recurred (which it did), despite having noted it in my cat's chart. This led to false understanding that no more options existed, and failure to timely cure a treatable infection. Also BPH made me pay to retest my cat's urine due to presence of blood caused by their technician's clumsiness during cathetering. It was confirmed as their error, but they refused to waive billing me for it. That's inexcuseable to a client with over 10 years loyalty to them. I was given big runaround and big brushoff when I tried to contact management to discuss my then-situation. I'll never again waste my time or money with this heartless factory ever again.

Fantastic staff. State-of-the-art technology. Superb veterinarians and technicians. Not clear on cost, but seemed higher than norm.
