Does not return calls,, When You get through , no one knows whats going on in the clinic,, they have to ask another whom then has to ask someone else and so on.. The dr. make basic mistakes with both treatments and paper work...when dealing with state rules and regulations it your problem even when the verinary clinic makes the mistakes.. But they are in the "GOOD BOY NETWORK" along with the state veterinarian at Madison so nothing gets done to reprimand them for mayor malpractice...

Always slightly behind schedule. Does not return calls about test results when they say they will - I had to call for them a week after they were to be in. Suggested my dog switch to a fish-based pet food when the second page of his allergy test results states that he's allergic to fish. Would not provide suggestions to treat my dog's diarrhea over the telephone, but was to busy to see my dog for an appointment. Receptionist has been rude three of the 5 times I have called since January. Very unprofessional and clearly does not value customers or their pets' health needs.

Hesitant to treat small mammals, extremely high prices, charge for every minute thing--even walking in the door, not compassionate about pet death. Sends bill same day as euthanization.

This is a group of outstanding vets - large and small animal service at the clinic and on-site. Amazing emergency service and fair rates. Great clinic staff - very caring!
